Mobile app update: Android
We are glad to announce that the Android mobile app is back in business.
Android is a funny thing. So is Google Play. When you build an Android application, you must set a minimum and target Android version. Evidently, that app will not work on newer versions of Android than the target (because, backwards compatibility, right?) Furthermore, Google Play will not show a user an app which was built for a target version older than their device's version.
Unfortunately, the Sparkage app for Android has been "invisible" to a lot of you until a few days ago, when we published an update targeting Android v13.
That's our bad. We should have gotten on top of that much sooner than we did, but we are glad to announce that the Android mobile app is back in business.
